Its a live album so dont know if it should count , Ani Difranco - Living In clip probably my favorite .
I also like the NIN - the fragile double album too
Come to think of it I like a lot of double live albums , Iron Maiden - Live After Death was a good one to mention to ..

Just seen you want to run Logic9 , so id get an imac over the mini , you get more for your money cpu wise over the mini and a nice monitor too .

I do have a white macbook so im unbiased . But why MAC though ? Logic9 ?? VIRUSES ? For a $1000 bucks you could build a killer i7 PC desktop and have Windows7 and dual boot Ubuntu or LinuxMint for the internet if thats your hang up . I like OSX , but Windows7 and LinuxMint ( poor mans mac like OS ) ...

I hate all acoustic guitar pickups , Ive had alverez , lr baggs, fishmans ,sunrise , k & k , but they're a necessary beast for live performance . For recording at home not out live , I use mics Avenson Audio sto-2 an omni pair and Im more than happy , I hear my guitar like I hear it with my 2 ears ....

PROS : Well the jfet is cheaper CONS: None . The way I look at it you get a 2 channel mic-pre for the cost of a 1 channel name brand neve,api,avalon, etc etc . Both the jfet and tube have transformers in them. I really dont think you could go wrong with either of them.
