Did Noah sign the papers over to Moses? Or did Noah's daughters steal the ark after they got him loaded and had sex with him, and Moses wound up with the ark through some...other means? Trail of ownership is important in these matters. You know, I'd be willing to pay a lot more if it could be prove...

Soundguy "2 of every animal" Ark - was Moses'

I've got this Soundguy "2 of every animal" ark, probably from the late BCs? It was owned by Moses though I doubt he ever used it. I imagine he was thinking of modding it for direct exits after the flood? It has 160 square feet of miceless space (one door in, same door out), with simple kitchen, and ...

The only time I have gone right up on the mouthpiece is when I really want it to sound like a mellotron. Why, i couldn't agree more Mr Hamilton. I found myself in quite the surprising position some time ago to be recording flute with a mere SM57, and, indeed, very much the antique sound of the mell...

Re: British Accent Contest

Well hello dear boy! I should like to claim the prize of one hundred of your American Dollars as i clearly have the most clearly spoken and cohesive English accent upon these here boards. I should like to take issue with the notion of a 'British' accent however, as accents on these shores vary great...

Re: Newbie - have some questions

I must say i'm rather offended by all of this. I came here for serious answers to serious questions. I'm sad that it seems i don't fit into your cliche, especially the oikish side of things (which i find humourless to say the least), and i have recieved more 'bashing' than advice. Perhaps this is be...

Re: Newbie - have some questions

I'd watch out for your own errors when you reprimand someone for making typographical errors... One would lose "sight" not site. Yes, of course, i confess i did get a little worked up and forgot myself. With all this talk of Avalon not creating the greatest products shall we say, could somebody ple...

Re: Newbie - have some questions

There's your dead give away! You are soooo busted. Avalon is junk. Hah! Sissy "exfoliating your sister" Hankshaw Mr Hankshaw, if that is indeed your name, how can you possibly say that Avalons are 'junk' as you put it? Especially in such a rude manner. I'm appauled. I have just learnt from Mr Garge...

Re: Newbie - have some questions

I omitted to say thank you to Mr.Garages i believe his name was, kind advice i'm sure, Garges, one "a." although surely in order to be a professional at one's craft one must use professional tools rather than mere toys? I don't know--if you read my reviews in TapeOp, you'll see that I've found plen...

Re: Newbie - have some questions

Patrick would it be okay if we called you Pip? I have to confess given the tone of some the responses i couldn't be entirely sure if that were to out of fondness or not. For sure, nobody has given me that moniker before and i am not sure that it amuses me. I apologise if this seems a rather gruff t...
