Your situation is perfectly repairable. When you processed the audio it made new regions with an additional suffix in the name kick_01 turned into kick_01-eq. How about a totally different solution
I doubt you will really be doing much decoupling so why dont you just LIGHTLY stuff those holes full and then glue window flashing in strips like patches over the holes. you will get probably as much mileage, as the other stuff, and the flexible materials will be a lot easier to use than the shitroc...

To clarify my question
This makes it seem like i am supposed to connect 7, E, 6, and 5 all together
does that seem right? Or, could it be 7 to 5, and E tied to 6 get feed by the output of R5
