Zoom in and inspect the waveform. If they are out of phase, then flip it. Or flip it and see what it sounds like. I sometimes nudge one or the other and listen for the best sound.

Welcome to the board. You could check the coil of the tweeter with a meter, you should also here a small click when you meter it.
