I got a roll of Quantegy GP-9 two-inch sitting here unwanted and unloved. It was opened and passed once to stripe a time-code track right before my Ampex was sold, other than that it is new. Is it worth anything to anyone?

HEY DID YOU HEAR THEY STOPPED MAKING CD-R media??? Wow. You probably all want to get rid of your stand alone cd burners... I'll buy them for a couple bucks... just to take the hassle away from you having to take them to the dump. It wouldn't suprise me one bit if the majors stopped making CD record...

We don't know what the economics of the entire company of Quantegy were. The whole recording media biz is in a slump, and Quampex is not the only company that was on the drag.
