Upgraded a few days ago. Haven't had any issues, but I believe there's been a maintenance install in that short time. The known issues on their site include plugins not remembering your settings, etc. As a general rule, I'd pick a time between projects to upgrade anything on your setup. Haven't dug ...

Took about 9 months or so but just finished these gobos for my good friend Casey Di Iorio for his Valve Studios in Dallas, TX. Based on the Abbey Road frame design and originally consulted those plans from Mercenary. Dimensions were drawn from the plans, photos they had and Casey tweaked them to tas...

Depending on what you've got, if it mentions other mediums (CD's, DVD's, etc.) you could just add "electronic transmission" to that list and probably be in the ballpark. Really depends on what you've got though, esp. if it talks about mechanicals and all that mess. May also be something simple onlin...

Redid my patchbay last week ahead of an SCA preamp kit that's coming and thought the exact same thing.

Coke is bad for you. Standing next to a microwave. The verdict's still out on cellphones. The list goes on and on.

I guess the point is, I'd rather die soldering than from cigarettes...

Wanted to avoid starting yet another thread on this... I've got an SCA complete kit coming and will have room in the SCA chassis and was thinking about using some of the open space to mount my EH 12AY7, then get fancy and use front panel express to fabricate a new face for the whole thing. I'm good ...
