Anyway, if you guys think this place has gotten bad check out the new PSW forum. Overnight one of the best engineering forums out there suddenly became tumbleweed central. Depressing.

I blame it on the demise of the old General Recording forum.

Closest I can think of is 'Revolution', with John, George and Paul all going direct through the desk.

A Coles 4038 into a UA610 is still my favourite combo for beefing up 'thin' or really bright sounding sources. Sounds like thunder on overheads as well...
