I have Chandler TG2s, Helios Type69s, AEA TRPs and some others, but the 2-610 is still my favourite preamp. I use the line amps on almost every mix too...

A Coles 4038 into a UA610 is still my favourite combo for beefing up 'thin' or really bright sounding sources. Sounds like thunder on overheads as well...
