options for ultratouch cotton bass traps?
I am going to need bass traps for my bedroom studio, and I'd feel safer with UltraTouch rather than OC 703/705 because, um, it's also my bedroom. I'm not terribly handy with the power tools so I'm not above paying good money for some, but so far I've been unable to find any commercially available op...

It's also worth pointing out that the deluxe editions come with multitrack stems of all the songs for sampling and remixing, just like the singles from With Teeth and Year Zero did. This time, however, it's licensed under Creative Commons -- you can read all about that in the last issue!

Ghost LE is missing the automation features and MMC and that sort of thing, but that's the only difference between the two. We have a Ghost and I spent quite a long time last year trying to get the transport controls in the center section to control DP to no avail. When I called Soundcraft for tech ...

it's a special custom preamp. pedal form factor, xlr outputs. impedance is not an issue, and i have both output volume and input trim so i'm not worried about that either. effects are your run-of-the-mill multis, but they make weird buzzing noises with a balanced 1/4" cable inserted. i'm just trying...

the TRS output is either balanced or stereo. if it's balanced then the conductors are right, left, ground. So essentially two TS unbalanced cables sharing a ground. balanced would be pos, neg, ground. and mono. it is the latter -- balanced mono with hot/cold/ground If you want to plug a balanced ef...

trs to dual ts device for pedalboard routing
trying to solve a routing conundrum on my pedalboard: i have a balanced output from one device, and the next step in the chain is an effects unit that freaks out if you give it a balanced signal. i want a little box that takes trs input and splits it to two separate ts jacks. then i can send one of ...

From that thread: Most people think a "demo" is a CD with 15 tracks, glossy art work, shrink wrapped, with that all important UPC bar-code, that they plan to sell for $15 a piece at their gigs. That's called a VANITY CD At this point I'm not entirely sure what constitutes a vanity CD either, but as ...
