A brand new John Deer riding mower. It cost the same as my used U87. It has to cost more to make a riding mower? I guess the U87 will allow me to record the mowing of my acre in the utmost clearest detail, down to each grass blade.

Gaines 2 channel preamp

Just did an impulse purchase Buy It Now for $199 on ebay for one of these puppies. Not a whole lot of info on here, Gearsluts, or google in general on these. They seem to be made of quality stuff for the price, and the few comments I could find were favorable. Anybody have or heard one of these? $17...

Sounds fine except for one issue that has been really bugging me. When activited the sound volume drops a few db's. Any sugestions for a ...

Yeah, thanks for all the responses. I think I will pass. They looked so cool, but the whole finding heads/cheap hardware/thin crappy ass shells means that its probably not money well spent.

thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the Vintage vibe of them, at least before seeing them and they are childs set which could be kind of cool. I assume if they are as stated from the 60's that they were probably well made?

Are these drums worth getting

I am meeting this guy when I get off work to possibly buy these. They look really cool and would probably sound way differant than what I all ready have. I am not a drummer, but i like having extra tones/choices with the kit i all ready have. here is the link http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/msg/1158...

Rudy Van Gelder. Listen to his Blue Note recordings and his Prestige recordings, both done at the same time at the same studio and notice how he was able to create two distinct sounds for each record label. He also did a lot of the Impulse records too, and they have their own sound as well. And, She...

I sent a ghost and the power supply to CAL for an overhaul and complete upgrade. When I bought the Ghost on Ebay I sent it straight to CAL, so I never heard how it sounded before I got it. I think it sounds amazing now and Branden there is mighty nice and helpful feller. Some of the pots are still a...

Your are 100% correct. If it had been a big ticket item I would not have used them. It was Alesis brand caddies for an hd24. They had em cheap for nineteen bucks/free delivery and I got what i paid for. Cheap service from a crappy company that did no deliver anything but lies. Hopefully they return ...

Be weary of 2inch24

Be weary of ordering from these guys

http://www.2inch24.com/

I ordered stuff on april 2nd and they have been giving me the runaround and flat out lying to me for two weeks about where my order is. I would have been better offer spending the few extra $'s and getting my caddies from somewhere else.
