Once you find this good balance, as each player does a solo, all they have to do is literally step up to the mic. If...

FS: Tannoy Reveal 6 monitors (pair)

These are the current Reveal 6 and not the older version. They have never been abused or smoked around and are pretty much like new. They probably have around 250-300 hours on them at what I would consider "sane" listening levels (75dB-85dB). I like them a lot, but I wound up getting a great deal on...

Just to clear something up. Both XY and Blumlein are coninceient pairs with the capsules at 90 degrees. Dont mean to be a nit picker, but as long as we are clearing up confusion...I think Tony meant to say "coincident pairs". That is unless this is a new technique that I haven't heard of.

It sounds great...similar in many ways to my SM7b, although thats just a quick impression. I hop...

MD 441 service manual...

Hey folks, I just picked up a 441 on ebay and it works fine, but smells funny. Seems from the smell and the spider cocoon in the xlr jack that it was probably in a storage locker or something for a long time. I want to open it up and clean out the headbasket, but I cant figure out how to get it open...

Thanks for the feedback guys...Its good to know that I can at least track in a better position in my otherwise problem of a room. For what its worth, I am attempting to remove the room completely from my recordings, but its really hard to kill a room in an even handed way that doesn't introduce even...
