I just wanted to share my new music project. It's called Echo Tongues, written and recorded by myself over the summer. Just released it on 7" with limited pressings on red and white vinyl.

i'd like to get a macbook pro for recording. i plan on using vsts and plenty of tracks, so power is important. however, the upgrade from a 2.53 ghz processor to 2.8 ghz is $300... is the difference even worthwhile, you think? either way i'll have 4 gigs of ram.

i always see things like:

-14db @ 382hz
+2db @ 904hz
+1.7 @ 1838hz
-6.8db @ 12321hz

but i have no idea how to actually do this on an eq plugin.. what does it all mean??? where is the 382hz, for example? i'm clueless...

for fans of the new record, you basically have access to full quality wav's of the 21 tracks used in the song "can you feel it"... a tapeoper's wet dream!

does anyone know if there's a digital four track that has 4 seperate outputs for each track? i'd like to send different tracks to different amps when i play live. or if you have other recommendations, let me know!
