They got me...I just signed up for the group buy to get that vintage studio bundle. I was looking for a bunch of plugs for my laptop that wouldn't have to use a dongle...these should do the job...especially at that price!

Can you talk about this a little more. You burn a data cd in jam?

Thanks.

What he said! There's one more though that's a must have and probably isn't on dontcrack yet...that's Voxengo's new Overtone GEQ. AMAZING freebie. It's a 7-band stereo graphic EQ with some kind of harmonic distortion going on...the bands are fixed. It is so wonderful on drums you could just pee you...

planet pretty well nailed it. I'll add a few: SiR and/or Smex Ambiance. I also love Tape Delay (can't remember who makes it but it's a fantastic dub box that will self-oscillate exceptionally) and analog delay from mdsp http://mdsp.smartelectronix.com/classic/2005/01/analog-delay.php If you're into...

I don't know what price range you're looking in, but those rme converters that were also labeled as "nuendo" for a while are pretty nice for the price right now. Also, Ramsa has some options and I think the Alesis AI3 would be pretty cheap right now.

I just got an echo audiofire 2 and it's sounds amazing...I think i'm going to invest in a couple of AF12's after this experience.

I love the fact that it's high quality and no frills...and the thing is tiny.

I highly recommend it, especially for your purposes.
