Never done any recordings but did have the great fortune of having them use my place as a rehearsal pad for a week in preparation for a US tour. Oddly, I've never had a recording discussion with them before. I think Jamie does, or did, most of the recording himself. Not totally sure, though.

I would suggest getting an early start on the types of foods that will make up your "tour diet". That way you find out which foods sit well and which don't.
