Wow, whoever racked those PM1000's did an amazing job. I modded an entire 16 channel board with similar EQ and direct outs via the output transformer and I made some really great recordings on that thing. Those are serious mic preamps, and that's one of the nicest mod jobs I've seen.

They seem to go for between $325 to $375 if you check what they've gone for on eBay. I think AT dropped the retail price on these things a year ago or so, so you can get new ones around $475.

These are one of the best mics every made in my opinion. The studio I used to work had a famous one used on a lot of famous recordings, and that thing sounded great on every voice I put in front of it.

If you get the PS2 from him, be sure to check out Shadow of the Colossus, it's a weird game, yet probably one of the best on the system.
