Re: Neumann KH120a Monitors

Like New Pair of Neumann KH120a Monitors. I love these but they're a bit too critical for my needs at the moment. And, that's a good thing when mixing. Great great near field monitors. They include the box and everything as new. I bought them New about a year ago. [/img] My favorite monitors in the...

They are mac and PC. They have cuemix for every recent version of Windows. XP and up I believe. The 896 works great with Windows PC's.

I agree! I think it's dumb and cheesy when sellers do that. It's against eBay's ToS for sellers to do that, because it WAY over-complicates a transaction. For sellers, just build the paypal fee into your price. It makes way more sense to do it that way. For that matter so does shipping. Whenever I s...

 $190K? For a house that gorgeous with an acre of land? Let's see, in the Bay Area, $190K would buy you... Oh, that's right - nothing. In Wisconsin you can get a brand new 2000 square foot house nicely decked out on about an acre for $180,000 to $200,000. For people that don't need the geogr...

eBay is the best place to sell rare stuff, IMO. If you don't want to do eBay, you could try http://www.vintagesynth.com. They have a good synth classified section. Gearslutz.com might be a good place as well.

I disagree, it allows people who have scammed people, or people who have problems with buyers/sellers, a means to hide their tracks. I think the subject line should be locked and not editable at all, and posts shouldn't be deleted in the classified section.

I used to blow a lot of my student loan money on recording equipment too. Haha, those were the days. It took me a long time to pay all of that off, but it was worth it.

Many years ago I assisted a very good engineer who almost always put a FET47 on the outside head of the kick and then another mic, I think it was usually a Beyer Dynamic mic of some sort or a D12E on the inside. He always got excellent kick sounds with that setup.

I wouldn't freak out. The guy has 2000 posts and looks totally legit. It sucks that the communication has broken down, but I really doubt he's taking you. He really doesn't fit the profile of a scammer. I agree though, it's not cool that you haven't heard anything, but he also hasn't posted anything...
