Black Sabbath's Born Again

I love this album, its sounds very bold. I know that 90% of people don't agree with me. Well, fuck them. I want to know if anybody has some information about the recording, techniques, etc. Or how to active that agressive, dark mix. One thing I know, Ian Gillan hate it. He blames Gezzer, and advice:...

Tom Wilson

Does anyone have information about his technic, approach, etc?

We don't hear his name very often, its always Phil Spector, Brian Wilson or George Martin. The guy did albums with velvet Underground and Simon & Garfunkel, for christ's sakes.

Thanks.

Dear ctmsound, If depends only on you we would live in a world full of anoying people who takes music "serious" (on a plastic academic way) , over-produced albums which sounds like shit and musicians who always follow the rules. Tape Op is a forum about CREATIVE music. Go look for some forum about b...

EVERYTHING. But what I am really curious about is the room (size, acoustic treatment, etc...), cause the drums sounds amazing to me. Which board was used. Is Third Man a Home or Pro Studio?

Thanks a lot, man.
