One of my NS-10's has a generic screw on one of the posts so I'm pretty sure the hardware store will have something that will work.

Open it up and see what's happening...it could be something as simple as a wire becoming disconnected in the fall... If the tweeter is busted you can get a new one for $100 on ebay.

You could try SIR, Studio Instrument Rentals, I know they have rehearsal rooms and pianos, might not be the cheapest option though.
