Hi Everyone, I perform live using a laptop. My mic is plugged into the firewire interface. Should I put compression on my vocals (using plug-in's)? If yes... whats a good setting or do I need to "feel" things out at soundcheck? Does compression increase feedback? (I usually do not have any... Shure ...

Mine's an MK1... I think from 1998 or something crazy old!

I also have a Presonus Central Station... I think I may be able to bypass the 828's converters...
