The Beatles absolutely have EMI by the by the short and curlies. While technically EMI may own the recordings the Beatles are in complete control.

This is really excellent. My only slight criticism would be that for me the vocal could have a little more depth in places. The ?You make me feel? line doesn?t quite go to the place it wants to. Sounds a little one dimensional, like it is asking for a really subtle harmony underneath to break it up ...

It?s a good song with a solid, simple arrangement and structure. You kinda have to go out of your way to mess a mix up if you have those fundamentals in place

The execution of the key part at the end is a little too off for me. Idea is good, just need to nail the take a bit better for me.

Classic mistake you see all the time...People decide they want to sound ?old school?. So they spend the bomb on vintage gear, then they spend a bomb on a studio packed with vintage gear. Then they thrash the crap out of each track, dropping in and dropping in until the finished recording is seamless...

Personally I?d make the ?and I know what you?ll say...? bit more driving (it?s probably just the feel of the guitar) to really break up the dynamic of the song. I think if you make that bit straighter the contrast will make the bit after it sound way more twisted.
