I'm a fan. I saw you guys play at Union Hall last year. There's a great studio 1 1/2 hours north of NYC in Rhinebeck called the Clubhouse http://www.clubhouseinc.com/ It's got EVERYTHING! Seriously you will be a kid in a candy store. Also the area is beautifully rural and green and I would love to e...

FS: Langevin CR-3A - $700

Anyone that knows of this mic has probably heard how great it sounds. The one for sale is in pretty much mint condition. I have 2 but am selling one. It's a very smooth sounding mic, very good quality. I like it better than the Neumann U87. A google search of this mic will turn up some information a...

Strings for sessions and SXSW?

I'm available for sessions or live. I'll be at SXSW if you need a violinist or cellist. I have a great ear and can replay parts written, sight read, or write my own parts if you like. I play cello and violin and come up with harmonies fast. I'm primarily a rock/pop musician multi-instrumentalist, bu...

sweet. Thanks. We're bringing an MG1 Moog made by Realistic.
We're hoping that with a transformer it will be ok.
It says 110V on the back, so a transformer will hopefully go easy on it.

thanks for the response. A real heavy duty power transformer Do you think the power strip idea is good or maybe just use batteries for all the pedals? Also do you know much about the cigarette lighter van situation? Is it maybe dangerous to plug in our US bought cigarette lighter to plug adapter for...

US Gear in Europe! Power conversion question

Hello, We're going to tour Europe and are working out the electrical situation. I just wanted to confirm my idea of bringing a few US power strips, plugging all of our gear into them and then using power converters on solely the powers strips and not individual pedals or keyboards. Also, on a side n...

Anything for that? Plug-ins, Virtual Instruments?
Thanks!

if you think about it as "your space is not your abilities" it changes everything. That's a great attitude and its true what Chris said as well. I think it's like that everywhere. It seems many musicians are looking for 'that magic box' or whatever that makes their music really shine. As it say at ...
