Recorded bass for two of the tracks for my concept album about Richard Nixon. Then recorded electric guitar for one, spending a lot of time getting in tune with the original track.

This piece involes a tapeloop which I redid and "flying in" a recording off of my answering machine of 8 haikus about RM. All done without any computers or samplers. Then I set up a bass amp and a mic so I can start recor...

Is it me that makes the record geeky? Or is the record whats making me geeky?

I dont have much experience with the Simply Vinyl stuff, but I can vouch for the fine work that the people at Sundazed Records do. I just got that Byrds 45 box set Cancelled Flytes and the sound is amazzing!!! Im planning on buying more of their records soon.

Hell Yeah Link Wray ROCKS!! I believe he also recorded a lot of his best stuff in his home studio, it was like a converted ckicken coop or something?
