Pick someone to represent the band and handle any money you might make (not necessarily the same person). Make sure this person is trustworthy but also have a way to verify things, like post the books somewhere that everybody in the band can know what's going on if they want to.

It's not a wall wart, but it does have a power supply. You plug a regular IEC power cable into the supply and that plugs into the back of the portico. So it's grounded power and it doesn't eat up the real estate of a wall wart on your rack.
