So just to clarify,I pull the chassis which means no danger as long as I don't touch the large silver cap?

Is that safe to do for a novice like myself?I have heard there is danger of shocks tinkering around with the chassis?

I just ordered a Weber alnico 8" for my vibrochamp but I have heard you have to "break in" a new speaker before it sounds its best.Is this true?If so are there any short cuts?

Just checked the tube in question (5Y3 gt) and there is no sign of breakage, it looks as though they were never there.The amp works great I was just wondering what if anything to look out for regarding the tubes.Seems as though all is fine
