Focusrite Liquid Mix
You guys know what it is. It's a nice unit, but I still find myself using mostly Outboard gear, and it usually just sits, looking pretty, and taking up a bit of space.
Best offer.

I've done some more stuff for them. Some at various stages of development, and mixes, depending on my free time, etc. Here's some more examples... http://www.smcstudios.com/Music/SurTYR-BurningTheSky10Nov08.mp3 (This was a more recent mix of that tune) http://www.smcstudios.com/Music/SurTYR-NewAgeDe...

Well, I had to install some equipment today, and to check things out, I thought I'd 'print' another mix of SurTYR's - New Age Death Machine. I tightened a few things up, etc. but it's still in Demo stage, and not quite finished. http://www.smcstudios.com/Music/SurTYR-NewAgeDeathMacineDemo2.mp3 Let m...

Hello guys, About a week or so ago, my next to oldest son, Scotty called me and asked if his 'new band' could come up and practice/record some. I of course, asked him "Is this a paying gig"? I got the usual response...."Oh DAD!" ;-) Anyway, he had only been with these guys about 2 weeks, and althoug...

Re: FS: SM7B in excellent condition!
For sale, an SM7B in excellent condition. I just got this a couple of weeks ago off another MB. I tested it out to make sure it's working-- literally used it for about 10 minutes. I'm only selling this because I have other things I have to pay for right now :( and I figure I can always get one late...

OT
This is OT, but has anyone tried one of those 'Guitar/Banjo' jobbers? You know...it looks like a Banjo, but has 6 strings, and is tuned like a guitar. How does it sound. Can it 'cheat' and get by for the sound of a banjo...thought it might be a nice addition to the studio instruments for an added fl...

Re: Voiceover mic for the home studio
SM7b, and/or Heil PR40. Everyone SHOULD have at least one! Both are AWESOME!Kyle wrote:I'm sure you have recommendations for me.
I have a few things in mind (RE20, SM7) but I would love to hear your opinions on these or any other mics.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
