i'm using an mbox for recording but am curious, can i configure the monitors to my mac pro so i don't have to unplug from the mbox everytime i want to use the same monitors for itunes or whatever?? maybe an a/b box that works in reverse...one set of speakers switching between 2 sources?

the bx5's sound a bit wimpy to me. not quite enough power for my taste. i have the bx8's and love them. a sub would make it even better but they still have tons of power. they are obviously a bit more cost-wise but in the end a better deal. but once you get into that price range your options open up...
