we were being lazy hahaha but we kind of liked the dry fuzzyness of it all too. But thats a good idea about blending the two. i think another track is in the making. thanks

What can i do to liven it up?

It's a new song we just did called "Animals & Anchors". I know its on myspace so dont kill me. I had this up on the other forum and all i got was it had a plugin sound to it which i think might be from recording the electric gtr's direct with a RAT pedal. should i re-amp? any opinions or suggestions...

Sounds fine the way it is. Has a nice raw vibe to it that like. But if you have to add something, I would say a cello would be a nice compliment.

Thanks everybody, I think Joels sold me and im going to have to get the Sage's. I would still like to get one of those Hamptones later on and make an audio orgy.

This is a question for Joel if your out there,

I saw that in a past that Phil from Sage posted "We also offer a special order version of the SE-Pre1 with 60 db [or more] gain". Did you do these on yours and do you recomend this?
