I would inquire with Future Media Concepts in NYC...they run digi classes, even if they don't teach Venue, they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Having used all the different grace units and the p8 from True systems: I'm fairly confident in saying Grace all the way. Cleaner at any gain setting and built a good deal better.

You say you pursued the warranty with the shady vendor. Have you tried H/M directly? Alternatively, browse the fender repair aisle at the auto parts shop.
