The first "decent" interface I had (that wasnt a soundblaster) was a Gadget Labs Wave/4. I still have it.... Not sure why, but here ...

First off, thank you everyone. After reading everything I thought hmmm.... I dont really have a proper reamp box so why not try putting the signal through my old keyboard amp. It seems to have worked. I put a mic about 1.5' back and recorded it and its a pretty good improvement and with some EQing i...

Help with a piezoelectric accoustic guitar track

I have some tracks here to be mixed where the acoustic guitar tracks were recorded by taking a 1/4" straight out of the piezo pickup. Needless to say they are not the most natural sounding acoustic guitar tracks Ive heard. Does anyone have any hints on how to get a more natural sound out of these tr...

Maybe spray paint the ADA8000 flat black? & Replace the knobs? Splashes of day glo pink on that would get a retro late 80's early 90's rack look... Then it would look like an old piece of ART gear. Is that really an improvement? http://jcguitars.com/artsge1.JPG (I had one of those for a few years, ...

How come there is no demo of Logic on the Apple site? Ive used it a few times in the past (versions 5, 6 & 7), but would really like to give it a shot again and check out the updates... but alas, no demo.

That might not be a bad idea. They did a cover of Iron Maiden's 'Remember Tomorrow' that was released just before this latest fiasco, and its actually pretty good (IMO.) I had my hopes up for the new material, but alas...

This thread depresses me.... My setup could fit in the front seat of my car! There's actually a heckuva lot to be said for being what Robert Fripp called "small, mobile and intelligent"!! Best regards, Steve Berson Definitely! I still need to add some pieces to what I have, but keeping things simpl...

I upgraded from a 001 to a 003 through Digi. I probably would have bought a used 002 if they didnt offer the upgrade. Ditto here, but I only got the rack version. I should have been more specific, I have a 003r too. I like the switchable speaker outs too. Nice touch. Id also say the 003 preamps are...
