I think what we're dealing with here is the typical society-wide underemphasis on the hardworking cats who toil thanklessly behind the scenes. So, yeah, I think you should just add the info to wiki pages. Allmusic is perfectly willing to shamelessly insert their reviews under 'professional reviews'...

There was a story on Soundcheck about this awhile back. The guy interviewed mentioned starting some sort of site that would have all albums notes and production credits but they said it would be big undertaking.
