anyone have an Yamaha pm700 Schematic. I have a manual with a flow chart, but i really need a detailed schematic. Thanks.

i am willing to spend up to 700 bucks, i just want to be able to plug my board into the the interface. i dont care if the unit doesnt have any pres built in. i just in the 8 analog inputs so that i can run it through the board into my mac. thats all

i have a board with 8 channels. and i want to plug them into an interface. whats the best interface that has 8 analog inputs, as well as some mic preamps built in that are separate form the analog inputs!

did it really sound like a tape machine when you used it? is it worth the money??

nady rsm 5 are like 80 bucks, and with a little modding they sound amazing(ribbon)
mxl 990 is a cheap condenser to start of with as will like 80 bucks
mxl 909 modded is good for vocals.

any advice on making my yamaha pm700 into preamps like you did?

i have a nice tascam m312 board. 12 channel board. I have logic and protools. I need an interface that has 12 analog inputs to run from the board to pro tools. Any suggestions? Thanks guys!

what about audio grounds? and what about going through the pan pot?
