Outbox vs. Sent Messages?

So I went to send a PM to a fellow board member, hit "Send" as usual, and the message went to my Outbox rather than the "Sent Messages" folder. I thought maybe it didn't send for some reason, but I don't see any sort of "resend" button, or really anything at all one can do with a message in the Outb...

. It's by Non-Lethal Applications and it's called Snapshot. It's pretty great!
Just downloaded--looks to be pretty close to what I was looking for (and it's free.) Thanks, Chris!

Re: Recording Chain notation

https://www.meldaproduction.com/MNotepad never tried it though. unfortunately have to download a huge installer just to get this one free one... but I will try it. Of course its only good if the session and plugin still opens... That's the sort of thing I've been wanting lately--just something simp...

Re: unclean electricity?

AC adapters can be a noise culprit as well. If you have a mic that reveals the noise, move the mic around the room and see if the noise gets louder in certain spots or near a certain piece of gear. Unplug all your shit and then plug it back in 1 item at a time and listen for noise at each step. Prob...

Re: Podcast Directory - Pandemic Update

If you haven't seen the "Classic Albums" show on Steely Dan's Aja, I recommend it--even if you're not a fan. (Yeah, yeah, it's not a podcast, but it's still cool.)

re this issue's welcome letter

It's "one and the same," not "one in the same."

I'm a little neurotic about stuff like that. Sorry.

That is all.

Re: Do you know anyone that racks modules?

This should be fine for power supply if you're cool with external (from what I can find online, this is the same thing Dangerous Music uses for some of their pieces): https://www.ebay.com/itm/XP-POWER-AEH45UM32-POWER-SUPPLY-ADAPTER-5-PIN-DIN-5V-15V-15V-42W-PSU/124536396586?epid=1118515487&hash=item1...

Re: List your Bandcamp page

So on this one I made a conscious choice to use fewer words in an effort to convey less meaning.

Definitely synth, possibly pop.

Re: What are your influences?

I grew up in a house where the Beatles' music was ubiquitous (older brothers.) At 10 my uncle played David Bowie for me. I bought Aladdin Sane, but I think I had to grow a bit before I understood that record. By 12 I was getting into Zappa & saw him for the first time, but that's also about the time...

Re: hughes srs ak100/stereo enhancers

So some research has led me to believe that the Bedini BASE was essentially cloned in the Behringer Edison, which led me to realize that it's very similar to the Electronic Musician magazine Stereo Spreader I built in 1991. https://paia.com/manuals/docs/9140_200.pdf Orban's stereo synthesizer would...

Re: vinyl collecting ( and surrounding planetary atmosphere )

I’m sitting here listening to Chet Baker. My 17 year old daughter, who is a big K-Pop fan, also happens to be currently digging Billie “Lady Day” Holiday, and more recently Chet Baker. Damn! My 17 year old has been getting into the classics as well. Just today he was listening to the Beastie Boys' ...
