SO when building a cab a low Q would be ideal? O.k. What material could I use to keep a low q. Can I put this 3/4 inch thick acoustic panel on the back on the wall of the cab and hope for the best?

How do I make it a high Q for that chug chug effect? What material must I fill it with?
