intriguing... I like what I've read but I've found limited pricing information. I see that you are a dealer.. perhaps we can discuss the cost of such a system.

Feel free to PM me or whatever and we can talk about this..

No brainer, Wharfedales, $149 each. http://www.zzounds.com/item--WHADP82A I wish I'd known about these when I bought my Behringer Truths many years ago.. I have to mention these again... I just got mine today and went to work on a few mixes that have been troubling me lately... these monitor...

those really look great... I sort of half-assed my bass traps with surprising results.

I used 3' wide office cubicle sections with OC glued to the wall side. I attached them to the corners with about a 3" gap. It worked really well...

Yours look way nicer and probably work better...

I looked into that but I don't think I can come up with an extra $5000 to get a comparable system.

Building my new workstation...

This has been beaten into the ground a lot but I need some advice... I have a ProTools TDM rig that I am going to piece out and once its all said and done I hope to get around $4000 for the whole shebang. I am familiar with Pro Tools and I'm ok with sticking with it but I'll gladly move to a differe...

Wiring an XLR Panel

I am going to wiring up a 32 channel XLR Panel so I'm no constantly having to work behind my board once I get it installed... but I'm looking at the XLR Jacks and there are 4 solder lugs... I know that 3 of them are for the balanced cables... what's the 4th for?

I like using condensers on kick and bass personally because good ones typically have a low enough range to handle those lower frequencies. When I mic a kick drum I use a Shure Beta 52a inside the drum (usually right underneath the hole where the rack mount for the toms is). Sometimes if I want some ...

Passive Montior Question

I have a need for new monitors and I was thinking about getting some passive monitors and using a power amp from my old live rig. I have a pair of Mackie FR1400s and a Crown CE 2000 available. I know passive monitors can be a touch cheaper than their active counterparts but I wasn't sure if those po...

Mine is a 40 channel version which doesn't have a patchbay. I wish it were the 32 channel version with the patchbay because my PT setup only has 32 ins. But I suppose the extra 8 channels will be good backups.
