We have one at the studio and are planning on replacing it soon. I've used it a fair amount and thought it was decent. Royer R121 with API 312 or Neve 1272 seems fine except on super quiet finger picked classical style guitar.

For all other rock aplications they work great!

The one I've used a few times had BAD issues with the monitor volume pot. Real jerky (ie: not smooth) volume changes.This was out of the box jacked. It was big time anoying.
