What to do with a pair of NS-10s, half working

I acquired a pair of NS-10s. Meh cosmetically, one works fine and the other doesn't work at all. Turns out replacement speakers are damn expensive - who knew?

So... What would you do? Sell as is? Is there any world where it's worth it to fix them up before selling? Tell me what you know.

Pedal Steel SD-10 in Brooklyn

Selling my Desert Rose Vintage Pro SD-10. Short story - some blemishes plus needs new strings and a tuneup. Still plays just fine and looks great from afar, a great way to get into the pedal steel if you're lookin. I priced it at 1200 so you can spend 300 to give it the once over and have a totally ...

If something sounds shitty in the studio and good when you do it live, record it the way you do it live. Just sayin.
With a PA in the room? Probably not what you meant, but could be very cool.
Sure, or at least the same mics, etc.

Intro level college. It's a required class for everyone, so let's just say not everyone is exactly...ahem...motivated. The digital audio example I posted above is perfect. Super simple, takes about a minute to read, covers all the basics. Looking for more like that, specific examples would be totall...

Thanks for the hot tips y'all. I have the Yamaha book, I'm looking for WAY way simpler. Any specific examples of the Tascam manuals or Youtube "community of recordists"?
