Does any one else have any input on Clarion Insurance? I'm about to get in touch with an agent soon, and just wanted some real-world feedback from anyone that has/had a policy with them. I have an HD24 and the same thing with a few drives.

EXACTLY the same symptoms.

It's dirt on the connections. Get some deoxit and spray the internal connections in the caddy, inside the HD24 bay, and external caddy connections. Then try again.
