Does any one else have any input on Clarion Insurance? I'm about to get in touch with an agent soon, and just wanted some real-world feedback from anyone that has/had a policy with them. Good, bad, indifferent? Any "got'cha's" to be aware of? And on the topic - How does coverage for DIY gear genera...

I wish I'd married up with a female engineer. The we could both talk about our day and get it. Possibly work together on some stuff. If I'd only found the elusive female engineer, I wouldn't have married someone with nothing in common. Female engineers, here's my new personal ad, tell me how to make...

CLARION INSURANCE in west Hempstead LI. Call them and tell them Brian from Memphis sent you. At last check, insurance was 3 cents on a dollar for total replacement insurance, no questions asked, and I've had to use mine. You can't beat the price, they are really nice, and the price is very fair. You...

I have an HD24 and the same thing with a few drives.

EXACTLY the same symptoms.

It's dirt on the connections. Get some deoxit and spray the internal connections in the caddy, inside the HD24 bay, and external caddy connections. Then try again.

That ain't gonna work. Determine which signal is earliest in time. Take both tracks, the drums and the guitar, put them through two separate delay units, dial them to 100% effect output, start moving the guitar track 1 ms at a time till the phasing goes away, if it never does after 20 ms Start movin...

If I see them around town, I'll shoot first and ask questions later. Jeff, Vicki at Noise Factory had a guitar swiped this year and we put out a FB post on the Midsouth Musician's page and it came back within days anonymously. Memphis is NO PLACE to steal instruments. they may make it back swiftly. ...

This is what the major labels started and use to destroy the small labels that wouldn't die and their competition, then it kept going and they kept reaping, but to keep reaping they had to lower $$$$ output to stupid levels, like they didn't already do that in he eighties with Polygrams 360 deals. I...
