Anybody know anything about these converters? Are they good? Great?

I'm in the middle of a project and just ran out of tape. I know..... poor planning. Anyway, I need a new real pronto and there's nothing around here. Anybody know of a place that will over-night it to me? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
