Topic: Any Hackintosh users?

I prefer OSX to Windows (just like it better and it's what I know -- not making any grand claims about MS), but my sense from hackintosh users is that you do get all sorts of tweaking going on that sort of renders the whole "it just works" schtick irrelevant. My sense is that the hackintosh route is ...

Like the old quote: "if I'm wrong, then what does it matter, as I've lost nothing...but if you are wrong, you've lost it all." Again, much love...and I hope we all find the true peace in ife that only Jesus can give... P.s. gregg, you are right. First, I agree that people are dicks for insulting th...

Awesome. Religion AND postmodernism on a music board! That is not a summary of postmodernism. For one thing, there is no coherent thing called postmodern philosophy (despite a few dusty books from the 1980s that argue otherwise). If you want to argue the relative merits of different philosophers lik...

I came looking to read something on synths, but then, awesome! A religion debate on a music board! I just wanted to refute this bit of foolishness: the alternative belief set, is that you live, you die, and in a few years from now - none of it matters. your life has no meaning... worm food. atheism ...

Minor BBS bug?

Hi All (Hillary?),

I'm using OSX and the latest version of Safari, and I need to re-log-in every time I visit TOMB, even though I tick the "keep me logged in" box.

it's not the end of the world or anything, but it's a bug. Or user error.

I'm also very happy with the sound of their plugs. Easy to get a good tone from them. I've been using them since the UAD-1.

Actually, this derailment is a whole lot of awesome. I have NO nostalgia for dat or adat, but I suspect they will find their way into some corner of hipsterdom. And hey, some great albums were made with a couple adats and a mackie.
