I get this too right now. Is the splice tape too thick? Is the splice curved because I'm too cheap to get a splicing block and did the splice on the kitchen table?

I think it's the splice tape, personally, but I just used what I had around....

I normally use the supernice mode for voxes.

One thing I noticed is that if you're more than 2 led's down on Supernice, things start to get a little weird. But in normal operation, it has always worked as advertised. Def. not a drum-smasher for me, tho
