Pretty good for the money. The reason they are so cheap is because they are made custom for musicians friend (I heard) and the two companies have some deals going on. Anyone know anything about this type of deck? Id use it for an analog mixdown..the local shop has one, totally restored $400. 15IPS version, 2-track version. It has RCA inputs, and my AW16G has outputs, which would go to an adapter and plug right into the tape.

actually my favorite mic is the overheads, and they are MXL603s..a well isolated room, and low overheads..great stereo image, great resonance.

Hi everyone. Im wondering if anyone has any experience with Auralex foam or any similar product in a normal room of a house. My computer is in my family room here. Complete with furniture and all. I do my mixing here and after some tweaks it can come out nice, but im sure the room needs treatment of...
