I didn't hear that they bought Crowley and Tripp. I see it now. Still wondering how they sound... anyone?

Has anyone had a chance to play with the KSM353 and KSM313 ribbon mics from Shure? I just saw them in an advertisement that caught my eye.

I am looking for a transformer isolated mic splitter. Single channel box or multiple channels in a single rack space (like the ART S8). Let me know what you have and what you would like to get for it.

While I don't agree with blanket statements like this... "Martin's the only good brand of acoustic guitar." I did just pick up a Martin D-16GT (for well under a grand) and it has been sounding very nice on a few recordings.

Well last night I was playing around with finding a good setup for my new acoustic (Martin D-16GT). I started with an SM81 and an API clone. I can't find a power rating on them (or with a quick google search). I do know that the two I have came out of a 5150 combo which was a 60 watt RMS amp. So I would make a safe guess that they are 30 watt speakers.

I have a Classic 30 with a Weber Blue Dog speaker upgrade. Great amp and a great sound. 30 watts, clean and dirty channel, plus it takes pedals well.
