I LOVE my M-Tron!

Simple and sounds fantastic. I thought I wanted to scrimp and save and look for a real live Mellotron and a small fortune in tape banks one day, but now, no way.

I don't think I'm giving away any secrets, but I hear the new Elf Power record is dripping with M-Tron - in a totally good way. I think some of the songs that you can download from their site have M-Tron stuff on them.

It's the only software/computer based instrument I'm using now. I happened to have an unused XP computer that I'm now using to run it. Just had to buy a soundcard for it. I got an E-MU card with digital out that I run into my ProTools setup that runs on my Mac.
