you could do this with an .htaccess file on your webserver if you are using apache.

the Adams Smith Zeta 3 is another good one I've been told. it is indeed amazing. i love the packaging and all of the goodies. i do have a problem with it, though. it would be great to be able to buy this in a volume set as well. reading the book in bed or even just while lounging is quite difficult because it's so bulky. so, publisher, how about it? and pa...
