It does it when I push phase button either way...The phantom is "poppy", almost where the speaker moves & the mic/line, phase are scratchy...

Now that I've started recapping...

The newly capped channels sound great but a new problem has reared its ugly head: I have an old soundtracs board, there are these unattractive & obtrusive clicks & pops when I press the 48v, mic/line & phase buttons... Could this be a grounding issue? If you are familiar w/ the channel strips, it on...
