it seems the case in late night music guests...the later the show...the more I tend to like the music. I can't stand to watch any bands on leno or dave. You're absolutely right...it's embarrassing...you see them, and they can hardly play together...same goes for whoever might be playing on SNL... I ...

that reminds me of another question. I've noticed that people have been selling the MXL 2001 and 603s as a pair. Do they work well as a pair? or are people just trying to get rid of back stock?

the new sigur ros i guess is completely computer... this debate could go on and on...(it's been going on in my head for the past two weeks.) I recently just got out of a non-user friendly relationship with a Roland VS...and i'm still debating whether to just spruce up the computer and do that...or g...

right now all I have are a couple SM57's...so i'm wondering if it's better to use those on things close up, and fill in the rest with the stapes...or to get different mics for a somewhat larger collection??

I just got rid of a Roland VS840...for that very reason. I decided to jump into the digital world, and the VS line looked like a nice little pool. I suppose if you got over the learning curve, it wouldn't be bad...but the manual was about 200 pages of jargon...and it made the simplest functions diff...
