ill be using a compact 4 for monitoring my daw, but im curious as to how the pre's/eq sound. Are they usable anthing on par with M series or 200 series?

how is the low end?

picked up a used ramsa 24 ch board and most of the faders stick a little at certain points. its not real bad but its annoying. anyone know a good way to clean these or should i just yank em up and down till they get looseer :twisted: thanks btw- taking the board apart would be a bitch so shooting so...

that was me, i had to pass cause i won an ebay auction. it looked like a nice board. sweepable mids. thats key on the 200b, some don't have them.

i have one and it sound really nice. no hum or wierdness. balanced in balanced out (xlrs both). i don't use the 1/4" out with the trim thing.

i think the wr -s models are without rcas. xlr and trs inputs. these are newer though, (no vu meters, just segmented leds). i may be getting a ramsa WR s4424 24 ch board as my main out of the box interface to my digi 002. I got it for 400 (way less than an 8 or 12 channel british board) question is, anyone use these... are they on par with soundcraft, a$h, midas? anyone who is using one i would love to know what you think.
