thanks! I will try that! I have only done rough mixes for now and haven't sent any off as finals for mastering. So I am talking more of the getting the mix like 80% there. I haven't decided for at least this current project if I will print stems back into the box and then automate, or will just prin...

I have been without my board for a few weeks as the master section gets replaced. Mind you this is my first set up with a proper board and I have been using it for only a few months. Before that I was 100% DAW/ITB. I am hating ITB only. I went through setting up in PT9 the inserts so I can use the o...

SPL also makes a transient designer plug-in. i notice that it has a big impact on how much room is in the mics, but i would assume their de-verb is fine tuned for that purpose.

I have been looking too at the strymon - they are also coming out w some super deluxe timeline. For live I use a boss dd-7. I think it sounds a ton better than the dl4 which I still use for looping. Good for knob twiddling. Tap tempo really needs ancexternal tap switch which you can plug in

there are a few patches on my quadraverb that sound like they would be perfect for what you need.

i also just got a valverb and sounds really cool so far - onboard eq and preamp gives the ability to really tweak the sounds -

I feel ya - I think you can say that about most trades. I had a nightmare with the framers, roofers, siding guys. Electrical, sheetrock, and finish carpentry were good. the sheetrock guy was the best. he even looked up on his own green glue and the instructions. really was one of the worst experienc...

Glad someone picked this up. I have a series 1e that i am slowly restoring, but it functions pretty well and is dead quiet. If you have a post/thread somewhere about your journey with this board I would like to follow along. Also happy to offer anything that I have learned along the way. I know thes...

also, you guys keep talking about how crappy on-stage stands are but i've got a few of the new ones and find them very well built. they hold solid and don't slip with out so much pressure on the joints that you can't loosen it back up with just one hand. i have the big rolling overhead boom that i ...

Note - you cannot use this box to upgrade to PT9 - I did that already - but it IS compatible with 7-9. Also works with other software (I also used it wi...
