There, I said it
Nothing but fun. And no latency using the stock Macbook input. 2 hours with a bunch of overdubs, and no software instruments even, and the silly little song was complete. Pure fun.
I finally found a new "portastudio"...
Thanks Apple.

FS - Stapes Omni Condensor pair
This is a pair of pre Avenson Stapes omni condensor microphones. I bought them direct and they've been used only in my home studio. They're in perfect, like new condition.
$350 for the pair shipped
Gimme a shout at tony-moore (at) juno (dot) com if interested.
Thanks,
Tony

Remember these? Used just a few times in my home studio shack. Perfect, new shape. I'm just not using them. Make me a fair offer, or trade for ???
Thanks,
Tony

Cubase LE opinions?
I'm looking for something to edit and such on without having some hardware plugged in. I've been using the original mBox and Pro Tools LE for a few years now. I'm also looking to pick up another interface and dig the Presonus stuff, which comes with Cubase LE. My expectations aren't too high, as lon...

Bootcamp?
Where can I find more about this?
I work in the Windows world but play in the Mac world. I'd love to be able to run certain Windows apps on a Mac, but wanna make sure they'll work and also know any driver or hardware issues.
Thanks!
Tony

Also, you're not going to get crap for your used iMac G5. Check what they're selling for on eBay, then compare all you'll have to buy to replace it. I use both, iMac G5 at home/studio and a PC lap for work. Like everyone else has already said, they both work fine and both have their pro's and con's....
