Ive never had a problem. Simply turn up an mp3 of a song you like to turn up and you will immediately get annoyed, frustrated and want to kill things.

this is also a common technique of lossy encoding. mp3,ogg, wma etc..

keep in mind that is FFT analyzation that is being displayed on a logarithmic scale. That means, there is less resolution the lower frequency that is viewed. considering most of their songs, and lyrics are direct quotes from bright eyes lyrics I would think they have been on the boat.

And they dont sound too bad either.
