I sorta' doubt it'll work, but maybe worth a try. I expect that on startup of Protools, LE will only recognize one interface. To work, you'd need to open up the I/O setup window and be able to assign inputs from each Mbox to different tracks.

Are your hard drives all internal or are some of the external (firewire drives)? I had a similar problem on a Mac, using the 002R with two external firewire audio drives. I have a Korg D1600, which can record up to 8-tracks at 16-bit; 4-tracks simultaneous at 24-bit. I'm happy with it.
